Today is a day for Dramatic poses.

Soooo, I sewed another dress yesterday, made from my own design (AKA made up on the spot...ahem...) And I LOVE it. I love the fabric and the way it fits on me, very customized. I can't get to that level of body shape when I do things from patterns. SO, let's decide, which dress looks better, the one made from a pattern in yesterday's post, or the one made from my mind?

Mom did have to help me with the side zipper though XP...Also I was constantly running out of material. I used all of the floral print material to make this dress and had to piece the muslin(lining) and lace(which were in SCRAPS by the time I got finished with that first dress) together to make the bodice. I mean, it still has flaws but I love this dress.

Also, a clean room does WONDERS for the psyche.

Address the Dress

I made another dress. I hated it while I was making it. But now I kind of like it. It's whimsical and with my new hair, reminds me of birds and fairy tales.
